This page is for coaches and studio owners who want the team to look like a team at practice, not only on game day or at competition. Cheer programs order matching practice sets so a level or squad trains in the same colors. Dance studios order crop tanks and sports bras with the studio name for rehearsals. What Goes Into a Practice Set

Rhinestone sports bras

Turning Pointe Dance Studio, Storm Elite, SDP Dancer and the Rincon Renegades have all ordered rhinestone practice sports bras, and GK All Star and GK Strappy bra tops are on the site as base garments. A bedazzled sports bra carries the team logo across the front, and names can be added.

Crop tops and tanks

Elite Academy of Dance ordered a rhinestone crop tank, Devonshire Dance a crop tank, and Pinnacle Cheer a flowy racerback rhinestone tank. Base options include the Balera Lattice Front Crop Top and the Holloway CoolCore Tank, plus racerback, flowy and mesh-panel tanks.

Practice shorts and leggings

Shorts from GK (All Star and All Star Relaxed) and Nike (Women’s Full Flex) pair with a stoned top, and Turning Pointe paired its sports bras with rhinestone practice shorts. Leggings have been made for MAD Elite and The Performance Studio.

Cheer Practice Wear and Dance Practice Wear

For cheer gyms and school squads

Cheer practice wear typically carries the gym or school logo front and center, sometimes with a level or squad name. Sports bras and shorts in team colors make up most sets, and school squads that practice in tees can add a crop tee or tank in the same design.

For dance studios

Dance practice wear leans toward crop tanks, flowy tanks and leggings with the studio name in stones. Moss Performing Arts Academy ordered a crop tee, flowy tank and racerback crop tank in one design, and The 8th Count a crop tee and flowy tank, so dancers can mix pieces through the week.

Choosing Rhinestone, Glitter or Sequin

Rhinestone is the core option; costume-grade stones are standard and genuine crystal is available as an upgrade. Glitter is available for lettering and graphics. Sequin is a third option, and embroidery is available when a stitched look fits better. Athlete names and nicknames can be added so pieces don’t get mixed up in the gym bag.

How Ordering Works

Nicolette designs every rhinestone layout and sends a mockup showing stone colors, logo placement and lettering. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Because sports bras and crop tops fit closely, ask for sample sizes so athletes can try them before the order is final; sizing mistakes after production aren’t covered. Practice wear is quoted per order, and the price depends mainly on the base garment and how much stonework the logo needs. For larger programs, a team store lets parents order their own athlete’s pieces. Rena Dabandons, whose team ordered warm-up jackets, summed up working with Nicolette as “fun and stress free.” If stones come off after delivery, send the piece back and it is fixed free under the return policy.

Is there a discount for outfitting the whole team?

Team discounts start at 15 units.

What if stones come off a sports bra after practice starts?

Send it back and it is repaired free. Wear and tear or damage from improper washing isn’t covered, so follow the product care guide.
