Please contact us before purchasing in the event that you have any queries regarding fitting or sizing, cloth designs, pricing, mockups, emblem printing types, manufacturing times and delivery dates, or returns /exchanges.
We’re available by telephone or email during business hours for client’s individual questions before ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: Crystallized Couture cannot be held accountable for sizing mistakes after the item is created — please refer to our sizing charts (which vary for every product) and best practice would be to get all members attempt on samples of merchandise before finalizing order to prevent sizing issues. **
Please also refer to our product maintenance guides to guarantee the item is cleaned and cared for properly. Our return policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage due to improper use or maintenance of merchandise, so please utilize our special washing instructions.
If a client decides our merchandise doesn’t fulfill their expectations, with respect to quality of cloth or art work, our Crystallized Couture will happily use the client to supply a resolution. Please note: not all of orders may be eligible for a refund ; including but not limited to custom team items and custom apparel. Resolution of quality problems will be set by the Manager’s discretion. If stones or other material are falling off once you get the item, you may send it back to Crystallized Couture for us to correct free of price.
Please make certain to store your invoice and order form, since it is a copy of your reception and will be utilised in the event of returns/exchanges for blank items only.
Product that’s been utilized CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
